How to update response received manually?

  • Click on Confirmation > Track from the left panel and then click on View.
  • From the Action column click on Mark as Respond > Yes,a Mark it as Respond.
    • Click on option A or option B. In case of option B, kindly enter the amount.
  • Enter the Manual Respond Reason. eg. Response received on 25.01.2021.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  • Attach the Reference Documents. eg. email copy, confirmation copy, ledger etc.
  • Click on Confirm > Yes, Confirm It.
