How to update response received manually?

- Click on Confirmation > Track from the left panel and then click on View.

- From the Action column click on Mark as Respond > Yes,a Mark it as Respond.

- Click on option A or option B. In case of option B, kindly enter the amount.

- Enter the Manual Respond Reason. eg. Response received on 25.01.2021.
- Attach the Reference Documents. eg. email copy, confirmation copy, ledger etc.
- Click on Confirm > Yes, Confirm It.
