General Instructions
- The company file and party file should be in a separate file.
- DO NOT have more than 1 SHEET in the workbook.
- Column heading should start from 1st row.
- Column heading should be unique and no heading should be blank.
- DO NOT keep formulas in the sheet.
- Date - The value should be in DATE FORMAT, if not then convert it into date format.
- Date - Remove text field from the date column. Eg. (Blank), Total.
- Date - Consider the Invoice Date if there are multiple date columns
- Amount - After adding the closing balance Check if (Debit - Credit) Amount is 0.
- Amount - Remove total from the sheet (if any)
- All Document / Voucher Type should be mapped with Firmway Fields. (Invoice, Payment, Others, Opening Balance, Closing Balance)
- If the document type is not defined in Firmway then add a column to map Firmway document types.
