Export Confirmation data from Tally ERP 9

1. Installation of Tally Extension file

  • Load the Confirmation.TCP in Tally folder
  • Open Tally.ERP 9 and Load the Company.
  • Go to Gateway of Tally > Press F12 > Press T > Press F4.
  • Specify the TCP path along with Filename and Extension.

  • Assign Unique code to parties.
  • Go to Gateway of Tally > Press F11 > Press F6.

  • After updating the code go to Gateway of Tally
  • Click on Update Code or press ALT+U

2. How to Extract the confirmation data

  • Go to Gateway of Tally > ALT+M
  • It will ask for the export press, Yes, and then tally data will be exported to excel.

Specify the below details:

i) Output File Name:  .xlsx

ii) Output Sheet Name: eg Balances.

iii) Export Ledger: Yes

Note :

Incase of Attachment Download

  • Add Attachments Sheet in TCP File

Specify the below details:

i)Output Sheet Name: Attachments.

ii)Export Ledger: Yes

iii)Export ledger Group - eg Sundry Creditors / Debtors etc
