How To Send Management Balance Confirmation.

1. File Upload & Commit

  • Click on the Confirmation > Upload tab from the left panel.
  • Select Audit Type (eg. Management Audit)
  • Select the Confirmation Type. (eg. Balances / Bank Balances)
  • Select the Company for which you want to send the confirmation.
  • Select the Branch for which you want to send the confirmation. (eg. All , Mumbai)
  • Select the Date of Confirmation. (eg. 31 March)
  • Click on Next.

  • Under Send ledger select NO. Select YES if the details are filled in the Attachment sheet in the excel file.
  • Select the Excel File which you want to upload.
  • Give a File-Name for your reference.
  • Click on Upload.
  • Click on Next to proceed
  • To move ahead click on Commit > Commit It.

2. Verify & Send Confirmation

  • Click on Verify > Verify It.
  • Click on Send Confirmation. 
  • Click on the Send reminder select option from the dropdown. 
  • Select the Email id from which you need to send Confirmation from the dropdown. 
  • Select the contact Person Name and Contact Number.
  • When To Send select Send Now or Schedule for a later date
  • Click Send Confirmation to trigger the send the confirmation request.

All confirmation will be triggered within 2 minutes. Refer Tracking & Report guide for further actions.
