How To Send Statutory Audit Confirmation.

Before starting the process ensure you have done the Authorization for the current audit.
Upload excel file >Next >Commit > Authorize > Take Verification from client > Send confirmation (from verified DOMAIN).
Login into Firmway

- Click on the Confirmation > Upload tab from the left panel.
- Select Audit Type (eg. Statutory Audit)
- Select the Confirmation Type. (eg. Balances / Bank Balances)
- Select the Company for which you want to send the confirmation.
- Select the Branch for which you want to send the confirmation. (eg. All, Mumbai)
- Select the Date of Confirmation. (eg. 31 March)
- Click on Next.

- Select the Authorisation for the current year.
- Under Send ledger select NO. Select YES if the details are filled in the Attachment sheet in the excel file.
- Select the Excel File which you want to upload.
- Give a File Name for your future reference. (eg Customers / Vendor / Banks)
- Click on Upload.

- Click on Next to proceed.
In case of errors in the file kindly rectify the error and then click on Upload Another File

- To move ahead click on Commit > Yes, Commit It.
2. Authorisation (Audit Manager)
- Click on Authorize > Yes, Authorize It.

3. Approval by Client
- Log In to the Firmway account.
- Click on Confirmation >Track from the left panel.
- Click on View.

- Click on Verify > Yes, Verify It.

4. Sending Confirmation
Only once the file is approved by the client the confirmation can be sent.
- Click on Confirmation> Track > View > Send Confirmations
- Set Send Reminder
Bank - Bank 5 Reminders Interval 3 days
- Select the Email Id from which you need to send Confirmation.
- Select the Contact Person Name and enter the Contact Number of the client.
- When To Send select Send Now or Schedule for a later date
- Click Send Confirmation to trigger the send the confirmation request.

All confirmation will be triggered within 2 minutes. Refer Tracking & Report guide for further actions.
