  • TXT & CNAME records received over email needs to be added to the Domain’s DNS settings.
  • Go to your DNS provider's management Console and Sign in to your account.
  • Find the page for Updating your domain's DNS records. This page might have a name similar to one of the following examples: DNS Records, DNS Zone File, or Advanced DNS.
  • Add a TXT & CNAME record with the name and Value provided in the attachment.
  • Save your changes.
  • Verify that the TXT & CNAME record is correctly published on this website https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx
  • Records are published successfully, update the Firmway Team, and get Acknowledgment. 
Only when the acknowledgement is received from the Firmway Team you can send a confirmation email.
