How to Add User on Firmway

  • Click the SettingsManage User from the left panel.
  • Click on the Manage Users tab and click on Create Sub-User.
  • Select Role from the dropdown (Authorizer / Preparer / Portal Manager).
  • Enter Employee ID, First Name, Last Name, Email Address
  • Click on the Create.
  • An Activation link will be sent on email.
